Peace, Love, & Fashion Show 2009 is a WRAP!

Lights, Camera... Catwalk.

Our models sure did stomp their way down that runway last night, phew. Then energy is still lingering with me. The music, the people, the aesthetic in general was exactly what we were going for. All of our production students were there bright and early yesterday to bring you that amazing show. Here a couple teaser photos of what was going on yesterday and last night.

Above... It's only 4 and we have line around the corner... YAY!!

And... ACTION... this is our 5 o'clock showing and as you can see it was a full house.

We have many many many more pictures to come. I would just like to give a special thanks to all of the students who made this possible. We all did an amazing job guys.

Cherry Street Coffee House T-Shirt Design CompetitionThis is a fun opportunity to build your portfolio, and a creative way to promote you and your design talents. We look forward to working with you!Cherry Street is a company dedicated to building community and creating neighborhoods. We are first and foremost in the business of people. Coffee and food are an integral part of our cafes, but our relationships with our customers, employees and community comes first. Being excited about cultivating community through building relationship over great food and coffee is what we’re all about.Design Criteria:Designers do not have to use our entire logo, although they must utilize the cherry, in our logo, at the minimum. Expand on the Cherry Street brand.

Communicate to our demographic and community. We encourage you to visit a number of our locations and talk with our team members for direction and insight. Submissions will range from expressive logo redesigns to unique and distinct artwork that uses our cherry as an accent. The criteria are minimal and meant to promote free thinking and creativity.

The winning design will be put into production at all five Cherry Street Coffee House locations. The artist will also receive formal recognition on our website and community pages, and receive a $100.00 Cherry Street cash card. Internship opportunities are also available!
