Week 2: MODELS MODELS MODELS


As was promised to you. This week were sharing with you the tip of the iceburg of our hunt for the models that will rock the runway.
It's a dificult process that must be done, and only the best of the best will be able to wear our garments!! Also within our slideshow were giving you a sneak preview of a few pieces that may make the cut into our Peace, Love, & Fashion show 2009.

Week One: Behind the SEAMS!!!

In the weeks to come, check our blog-site for pictures, news, and updates about all the behind-the-SEAMS action at Peace, Love, & Fashion 2009.

COMING SOON: Watch our short video on the story behind the overwhelming processes of assigning front of the house and back of the house jobs for students. For starters, front of the house started to work on making judges packets, marketing ideas, finding sponsors, selling of tickets, starting a seating chart with a lists of guests, and making appointments to meet with industry professionals.

Students in charge of behind the house had to hit the ground running for time is running out for designers to submit their garments. As garments were submitted they were graded based on their design and given positive feedback.

TUNE IN NEXT WEEK FOR :

Models, models, models! Back of the house is holding a casting call for all models! Students started the grueling process of recruiting potential models to walk our 40 foot65 foot runway the day of the fashion show.
